Due to the handmade aspect of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order! These items are handmade and may have some imperfections however, we do our very best to make sure that all of our products are defect free and created with the best of our ability. If you find any issues with the quality or application of our products, please contact us immediately and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.

We will gladly replace any items damaged or lost by the postal service. Please contact us immediately so we can send your replacement as soon as possible. Please note that you may be required to send photographic evidence of product defects in order to receive a replacement depending on the claim. All claims made 30 days after purchase will be resolved at the discretion of the seller.

Processing time is 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Sale processing times are 1-2 weeks. We strive to try to get your order out sooner but during sales it could take longer to process due to and overload of orders.

All items will ship USPS First Class Mail. A tracking number will be provided via email.

USPS First Class Mail usually arrives within 1-2 weeks. However, sometimes packages are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control! Please keep in mind that once we ship out your items we are unable to control how quickly the package is processed by the postal service.

International orders may be subject to customs fees and other charges or taxes that are OUT OF OUR CONTROL. Please take this into account before placing an order.

International orders may take weeks to reach the destination as packages must not only be transported, but also processed by customs. Once we ship your order, we are unable to do anything to speed up the shipping process.
